TM Avgust has started production of fruit filling with apple pieces “Charlotte”. Like all fillings with fruit pieces from TM Avgust, the apple filling demonstrates guaranteed thermal stability when baked together with the product – it does not leak out of the closed product and does not shrink in the open confectionery product. The content of apples in the filling is not less than 80%. The new fruit filling “Charlotte” from TM Avgust demonstrates stability when used with a variety of dough types, ideal for making buns and puff pastries. The product is accompanied by full documentation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Samples are provided free of charge.
