TM Avgust has launched the production of a new milk-containing filling Custard

Custard from TM Avgust is a ready-to-use product that is widely used in the preparation of cakes and pastries. It is well suited for making Napoleon cakes, eclairs, puff pastry tubes, is characterized by a soft homogeneous consistency, stable structure, is resistant to mechanical stress, has proven itself well during freezing and defrosting.
Custard from TM Avgust is partially heat-stable and suggests the possibility of baking together with the product, while the temperature regime is selected individually, depending on the type of finished product. Packaging – corrugated box with a 12 kg PE liner. Shelf life is 3 months.
